The 460 Convertible was Sea Ray's first venture into the serious sportfishing market and represented a bold departure from the company's past devotion to family-oriented cruisers and sport boats. She was built on a relatively light weight modified -V with prop pockets and a wide beam, and her aggressive Euro-style appearance remains quite rakish even by today's standards.
A comfortable boat, her two stateroom interior is plush, with a combination of ultra suedes and vinyls. match with her grey formica galley counter and cabinetry - a contemporary decor with luxury touches seldom found in an offshore fisherman. Super quiet inside with the over-build of this first built model/prototype. Both cabins have real matrices. All dishes, pans, glasses and linens stay with the yacht. Tons of storage and an electronic bar!
