This Ft. Lauderdale built Center Cockpit Ketch has two large staterooms and two heads for owners and guests. Staring after the anchor locker in the bow, the forward head is next, followed by the forward cabin. This cabin is built of teak and has the double berth to port and small settee to starboard. There is ample storage in this cabin and two non-opening ports and an overhead hatch.
The Salon is next after the Forward Cabin and has a centerline dropleaf table that reaches to both settees. The Nav Station is starboard of the companionway and the Galley is to port. Aft of the Nav Station is the former third cabin which is now a Workroom. There are two access doors to the Engine Room in e Workroom. (All the joinery from the former cabin is still intact and it could be converted back.) There are also two doors on the Galley side of the Engine Room. Additional access to the front of the engine is under the companionway steps. Next aft is the Master head and Stateroom. The Master has an oversized berth, hanging locker and ample storage. The stateroom can be accessed from either side. The storage in the boat is phenomenal. On the locker inventory drawing, there are 27 lockers to starboard and 29 to port!
The Galley is located on the port side. There is built in storage behind the stove and throughout the passageway. Next to the companionway and with two opening ports, there is good ventilation in the Galley.

This center cockpit ketch feels roomier than a 45 footer. On deck, in the cockpit & down below all have great spaces. QUITE PASSAGE is owned by a Ship's Captain and the care he gives the boat shows. He e-mailed these comments to me.
"To my best knowledge, the vessel was constructed in 1985 and delivered in 1986. It was originally built for a NY producer and later bought by a magazine editor who sold it to us. It is a forgiving sailer, which was easily handle by my wife and I. It is especially kindly in a big sea. It stays dry and our best sail was under jib and jigger in a steady 50 knots of wind as we were caught in a Nor'easter off of the coast of Massachusetts."
