The Georgian 34 was conceived by Bruce Kirby as his response to the famous Nonsuch line of yachts designed by Mark Ellis. Five were built. This boat was converted to a conventional cruising cutter rig from the wishbone ketch rig of original design. The owner reports that the boat sails well and balances beautifully. She has had many upgrades and represents excellent value.

The yacht sleeps 6 and has 6’4” headroom.
The yacht has two facing settees forward with a removable mahogany dining table in between them. The backs of the settees can be raised to make roomy single berths. The galley is to port with lots of counter space the refrigerator/freezer forward; the 3 burner LPG stove with oven aft then a dresser/navigation table further aft to port; opposite amidships is more counter space with double stainless steel sinks. The enclosed head with walk-through (doors fore and aft) is opposite to starboard. There are two large double quarter berths aft port and starboard; and a dresser to starboard with drawers for clothes storage.
The head has an electric marine toilet and mascerator connected to a 50 gallon holding tank; sink, shower and vanity. There are two 20# LPG tanks in a dedicated LPG locker with drain.
There is a Wave 5 LPG thermostatically controlled heater; 100 gallon fresh water capacity in 2 aluminum tanks; LPG demand hot water heater; pressure water and manual pumps; 3 hanging lockers; sage fabric upholstery. The interior is finished in the Herreshoff style with white painted bulkheads and solid mahogany trim finished bright.

The yacht is equipped with both 12 volt DC & 110 volt AC electrical systems. The 12 volt system is supplied by an alternator on the engine and a 210 watt solar panel through a selector switch to 3 deep-discharge house-system batteries and on to a circuit breaker panel and to lights and accessories; separate engine starting battery and switch. The 110 volt system is supplied by shore-power connection, 30 amp shore-cord included; or by the 1000 watt True Wave converter from 12 volt power. The yacht has a full complement of navigation and cabin lights (many converted to LEDs).
