Here's a great classic trawler that's economical to operate and offers 3 cabins, 1 forward and 2 aft, plus a cockpit - Unusual arrangement for this size boat. Twin 135 Lehmans, 8 kw Westerbeke generator and two Marine A/C systems.
This boat has been owned by the broker, me, for 3 1/2 years - It was my retirement hobby, but I got tired of being retired, gone back to work and just don't have time for the boat. The boat runs fine and looks good - There are a handful of projects in progress that can be easily completed by a handy person.
PRICE REDUCED FROM $67,500! - READY FOR A SERIOUS OFFER!
Possibly consider a trailerable boat or smaller motorhome
This is a great boat for the right person, probably a retired guy like me who likes to hang out on a boat and work on little projects here and there - That's what I've used it for. The previous owner had the boat rigged for long stays at anchor, as he and his family used to spend most of the summer at anchor in the Bahamas.

It is uncertain if all electronics are functioning properly.
Please note that this boat is solid fiberglass, including the decks, rather than cored with plywood, as was common with Taiwan boats of this era.
