Owned by the current owner for the last 10 years, selling as it is too big to handle single handed, “Arriana” has had 2 previous owners, last out of water service April 2015 anti-fouled and anodes changed.
The Falmouth Quay Pilot offers 5 berths in 2 cabins, forward cabin with vee berth, plenty of surrounding storage space. Moving towards the main saloon an area for hanging wet gear, and opposite a small stainless steel wash basin with tiled surround. Main saloon double berth to port and single berth to starboard, traditional port holes and turned supports with surrounding storage space, give the yacht a lot of character, upholstery finished in blue velour. Moving aft small galley to starboard equipped with stainless steel sink with hot and cold water supply, water heated via calorifier, 2 burner gas hob and grill, icebox. Opposite the galley is the heads compartment with marine toilet.
“Arriana” is rigged as gaff cutter, wooden deck stepped mast (2014), wooden boom and gaff, wooden lifting bowsprit. Stainless steel standing rigging circa 1980’s, slab reefing mainsail, furling staysail, hanks on headsail.
The Falmouth Quay Pilot is powered by a Bukh 36hp inboard 3 cylinder diesel engine circa 2000 (approximately 2500 hours, last serviced 2014), shaft drive to a 3 bladed propeller (shaft & prop replaced in 2008)
3 x 12 volt batteries (2014) charging from the engine alternator.
The Falmouth Quay Pilot designed by David Cannell built by Falmouth,is of white GRP construction, teak rubbing strakes and gunwales with teak laid decks and cockpit. Long full keel with transom hung rudder. Epoxied in 2000.
