Allegre is an excellent example of a CSY 37, and will turn heads in any port she pulls into! This vessel has tremendous interior space for the cruiser or live-aboard, and is a stout offshore cruising yacht that will easily take you to the Keys, the Bahamas, or around the Caribbean! She has twin cabins, twin heads, twin air conditioners, the largest refrigerator/freezer you've seen, a spacious galley, and an all new bimini. The overly large V-berth (7 ft, 7 inches long) is quite comfortable and has tons of storage space, and a full head. The salon has seating for 6-8, with the starboard seating folding up and making two full sized sea-berths. The private aft cabin has an extended quarter berth and private head with shower, and ample storage. The spacious cockpit easily seats 6, and the full flush deck makes handling sails easy and safe. CSY's are known for their solid fiberglass hulls and decks, and with her full ballast modified fin keel, she only draws 4 ft 8 inches, you can take her practically any where in the Keys or the Bahamas.
Following an out-of-water survey in October 2017, the owner took the Surveyors list and went down item for item to replace: water pumps, bilge pump, propane tanks & solenoid, removed the rust and painted the entire engine and transmission, new batteries and many other smaller items. Accommodations
Moving down the companionway, the full galley is to starboard with a 3 burner propane stove, double SS sink, and a huge 3 section Sea Frost refrigerator/freezer with over 17 cubic feet of interior space - enough room to feed 6 people for a very long time! The galley and heads all have pressurized water through out, and there are two full sized propane tanks in a vented locker beneath the helm seat. Moving to Port is the aft cabin with a quarter berth that converts to a double, the circuit breaker panels and the nav-table in the aft portion of the cabin, and a full sized head with shower and composting toilet. There is also a large storage area forward in the cabin. Moving into the salon there is a large table that folds completely out of the way while underway, or folds out for entertaining. There are huge storage areas under all salon settees. On the starboard side,the full length settee back folds up and locks into place as twin sea-berths. Moving forward is a huge v-berth area with 7 ft, 7 inch cushions, ample storage space, and a full head with shower and composting toilet.
